Set on nearly two hectares in Tulum, this project features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private office, a game room, spacious living and dining areas, and a two-car garage. Designed with sustainability in mind, it includes solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and an integrated cooling system. The project was developed in collaboration with Zepto Design and Construction.
